Holly Trees is a redevelopment of an existing apartment. We have been heavily involved in this project from feasibility through to planning consent and detailed design.
The package included a full flood risk assessment of the site as well as a proposed drainage plan for the redevelopment.
The drainage model was developed on microdrainage and then imported to civil 3D where it was modelled as a pipe network.
