SRC Estates is the development of existing farmland into 80 brand new residential plots. We have been heavily involved in this project from feasibility through to planning consent and detailed design.
The package included a full flood risk assessment of the site as well as a proposed drainage plan for the redevelopment.
The drainage model was developed on microdrainage and then imported to civil 3D where it was modelled as a pipe network.
